The problem

Foreclosure and probate visitors needed different guidance. The client needed to manage their inquiries in one place.

What I built

I built and cross-linked foreclosure, probate and investor sites with consistent branding, targeted forms and one CRM. Expandable FAQs and official government sources made complex information easier to navigate.

The result

Delivered three connected sites with audience-specific guidance and inquiry tracking, then transferred ownership with a documented handoff.

How it fit together

Three Next.js, React and TypeScript sites shared components and branding while serving different audiences with their own forms, FAQs and official-source links. GTM, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel tracked forms, calls and bookings; inquiries landed in one CRM. Supporting work connected the RentCast API to branded seller reports.

Decisions and tradeoffs

Three sites, one CRM.
More to maintain than one site with tabs, but each audience got guidance written for its situation and the client still saw every inquiry in one place.
Expandable guidance linked to official government sources.
Longer pages; visitors could check the claims themselves, which mattered for foreclosure and probate readers.

Each site spoke to its audience. Expandable content let visitors explore options and warnings at their own pace.
